Alvin’s Burnt Sugars and Caramel Colours (E150a) are specifically designed to provide the food industry with clean label options. The functional use of this product determines whether it is labeled as Burnt Sugar or Class I caramel, in accordance with EUTECA and EC110/2008 regulations. This product fully complies with the definition of aromatic caramel as outlined in the AFNOR Norms NFV00-100.
