The liquid burnt sugar is cooled and tested for specification compliance. The product is then filtered into a storage tank

Spray Drying and Packing

Spray Drying and Packing

The liquid product is packaged as per specifications or, if required, is converted into powder through spray drying and the powder is packaged as per specifications.
